Wellis Air purifier

I am loving my Wellisair. It has really helped clean the air at the office. There is a mold issue at my office and this purifier has helped. No more headaches or sinus pain at work since I started using your product. I’ve been moving it around my home to clean all the spaces too.

So far so good!

I have a cat in the basement. I put the Wellis down there. I still smell a faint odor. When is on the main floor of my house the air quality is improved. I've been using for 2 weeks. Will buy another if basement improves.

Worth it!

I have only had my Wellsair unit for a couple weeks and I can tell a big difference in the air quality. I highly recommend this to anyone who has mold allergies, chemical/VOC sensitivities, etc

Cleaner air! Noisy!

After 2 days of using the unit I decided that I needed to return it due to the annoying noise. It is not a whisper as advertised and certainly not as quiet as any laptop I've owned. I contacted Customer Service (Alexus) and they had me send a video which clarified that the sound in my unit is how the it should sound (NOT a whisper). Alexus was very helpful and sent me the labels to return both the unit and the cartridges in the subscription that I ordered.
During this time we were having some work done in our home and I noticed that the unit was changing colors and cleaning the air. It was a noticable difference! After 2 more days of "testing" the air quality and the noise, I decided to keep the unit. I contacted Customer Service again to verify if I can turn the unit on and off when the noise was exceptionally bothersome. Of course, ultimate is to keep it on 24/7 but it will still function well once turned back on again. I am hoping that Wellis Air comes out with an upgraded version that is less noisy so that I can put one in each of our bedrooms and office. So its a keeper! Thanks Bruce, Caroline and Alexus in Customer Service!
